Skilled Wound Care, a mobile surgical physician wound care group, is seeking a Medical Biller to join our expanding team in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Submit claims to insurance companies using coded data.
- Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
- Review and appeal unpaid or denied claims.
- Verify insurance coverage and address billing inquiries.
- Handle collections on unpaid accounts.
*THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE*
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of medical billing experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Must work graveyard shifts, aligned with US hours.
