Job Description
Valor Global Inc. seeks a Medical Billing Representative to provide compassionate, high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat. The role involves handling inquiries, complaints, and insurance claims; composing standard email responses within turnaround times; and using medical billing software and EHR systems.
- Full-time, on-site in Biñan City
- Minimum 1 year BPO healthcare experience; knowledge of billing procedures and terminology
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team
- Salary: PHP21,00–29,00/month; benefits include health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, and potential for permanent employment
