Novanox PH is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to manage the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will transition from Office Ally to Practice Q, set up the new system, and train the team on best practices.
Responsibilities include overseeing the billing cycle, submitting claims, resolving billing inquiries, and utilizing ClickUp for task management.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Office Ally and Practice Q, strong knowledge of RCM, fluent English, and experience in a healthcare setting.
Salary starts from Php25,00.00 per month, with remote work options and additional bonuses.
