Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Medical Coder Manager at Stark Asia Solutions, Inc. As a Medical Coder Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical coding department, ensuring accurate coding of medical procedures and diagnoses.
Your main duties will include managing a team of medical coders, setting coding policies and procedures, as well as monitoring coding compliance within industry regulations. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coding education and training to staff members.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of medical coding systems, such as ICD-10 and CPT codes, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, a certification in medical coding (such as CPC or CCS) is preferred.
