Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to join our team. As a Medical Coding Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our team of medical coders.
In this role, you will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and assess the performance of our coders to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
You must have a strong background in medical coding, with an in-depth understanding of coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and coaching skills to effectively train and mentor our coders.
