Job Description
- Responsible for all healthcare and service arrangements for international (foreign) and local admitted patients
- Monitoring the said patients’ pre-admission, admission, and post
- Attends to telephone, electronic, and personal inquiries on the hospital’s products and services
- Facilitates billing and reimbursement activities related to the local insurance provider in coordination with healthcare professionals
- Reviews denied charges and works on resolution
- Performs other duties related to daily operations assigned by the Manager of Center for Patient Experience and Supervisor of Medical Concierge
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a service industry
