Job Description
Fortrea is seeking a dedicated Medical Contact Center Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will handle inquiries regarding medical information and product quality complaints through telephone calls, emails, and faxes. Your responsibilities will also include receiving, documenting, and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Additionally, you will track various data metrics, assist with quality control initiatives, and provide training as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required.
