Job Description
Dignity Billing Inc. located in Kansas City, Missouri in USA is seeking a Medical Customer Service/collector work from home agent.
Agent will answer incoming calls concerning accounts and statements sent from the hospital. Will explain charges and answer questions. Agent will ask and accept payment via phone for these charges.
Agent will be a critical thinker working independently to achieve excellent customer service and payments.
Requirements:
- Quiet productive work environment
- PC with dual monitors, headset, and reliable internet service
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Cover phones for 8 hours including lunch and breaks
Compensation: Php5,00.00 – Php6,00.00 per week, paid weekly via WISE.
