Job Description
The Medical Historian is responsible for interviewing patients, retrieve and review information to compose accurate and complete medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Makes the initial call to the patient to schedule the interview.
- Retrieves the source documents and reviews the information to get the medical background of the Patient.
- Calls the Patient on the appointed schedule and proceeds to interview the Patient, guided by the Client’s questionnaire.
- Analyzes the information obtained from the interview and creates a narrative following the Client-specified format.
- Submits the report to the Production Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medicine or Nursing Graduate
- Medical Allied Course Graduate with experience in Healthcare Account
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent command of written English and writing skills
- Knowledge in History Taking
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
