Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of nursing or any medical allied/related course.
- With or Without experience
- With good communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledgeable on MS Office applications e.g. excel
Salary:
- WFH Salary: Php16,00 – 20,00 per month
- Onsite Salary: Php 20,00- 25,00 per month
- Signing Bonus: Php 5,00 (subject to terms and conditions)
Primary Functions:
- Addresses member’s concerns regarding their benefits.
- Issues benefit reference and LOAs to the accredited providers based on the turn-around time.
- Screens and processes medical reimbursement.
- Attends to customer service requests from mobile app and chats.
