Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Operations Lead to coordinate clinical services, optimize patient flow, and support multidisciplinary care teams. The role oversees scheduling, supply and equipment logistics, quality and safety initiatives, policy implementation, and communication between physicians and administration.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field; minimum of 3 years of clinical operations experience; strong problem-solving and leadership abilities; proficiency with EHR systems.
