Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and handling payments. You will also be responsible for managing phone calls, medical records, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting and knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
