- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule medical appointments and assess patient eligibility.
- Maintain and organize medical records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
- Senior High School diploma required.
- Proficiency in English.
