Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably with ICD-10 Training
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patients’ medical records.
- Create new medical records and retrieve existing ones.
- Verify and assign record numbers.
- Input and record patient information in CRM/CIMS.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
- Follow ICD-10 protocols and additional tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, health and life insurance, promotion opportunities.
Schedule: 8 hour shift
