Job Description
The Emmanuel Medical and Diagnostic Center is excited to invite applications for the position of Medical Records Clerk to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various essential functions including:
- Encoding and organizing medical records efficiently.
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of records.
- Coding patient data utilizing established classification systems.
- Printing and distributing reports as needed.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, paid training, potential for permanent position, and complimentary staff meals.
