Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Checks the number of actual charts against the list provided by the Admitting Office.
- Prepares census of death, absconded, and DAMA patients.
- Prepares and submits reportable diseases.
- Prepares physician’s index.
- In charge of medical records of discharged patients from the previous day.
- Performs duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Presentable with excellent customer service skills; maintains composure under stress.
- Available to start ASAP.
