Job Description
1. Promotes assigned products regularly to target doctors and hospitals in the assigned territory. Develops sales plan and activities to achieve sales target.
2. Target specialties are Medical Oncologist and Gyne Oncologists.
3. Identifies and develops business opportunities to increase market share. Manages Key Opinion Leaders and builds strong relationships with target doctors.
4. Ensures all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
5. Conducts CME activities like product presentations and FGD when necessary.
6. Responsible for maintaining customer profiles.
7. Develops, implements, and reviews customer business plans/strategies.
8. Collaborates with Sales & Marketing Manager/District Manager for long-term business-building programs.
9. Reports activities and strategies of competitors.
10. Identifies key issues in the territory and recommends action plans.
Specialization in Onco Products: 1 year experience required.
