Job Description
A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
The key responsibilities of a Medical Representative include presenting product information to healthcare professionals, organizing sales visits, providing product samples, and conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
To qualify for this position, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field. Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong negotiating skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
