Job Description
Primarily responsible in creating demand for Client’s promoted brands & products through quality engagement of Health Care Professionals that leads to the achievement of Sales targets.
Maintains proficiency in verbal and written communication, preferably in English and the National language as the main modes of professional interaction with HCPs, superiors, and colleagues.
Acquires and utilizes computer literacy, understanding of related software [MSOffice] and use of digital devices for all work-related activities and projects, as one-on-one HCP engagements In-person or On-line (remote) detailing, in groups as webinars, product-presentations, and RTDs.
Complies with Company COC policy, and New Ways of Working to include Work-from-Home, Data Privacy and Confidentiality guidelines to protect all data and data subjects: the Company, PHSR, HCPs, Customers, Clients/point persons, external collaborators, and co-workers.
Continuously improves and develops his Territory thru excellent execution of carefully formulated plans and achievement of well-defined Key Performance Indicators [KPIs].
