Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze samples for various lab tests.
- Perform machine calibration and interpret lab results.
- Maintain updated lab procedure documentation.
- Implement infection control measures and manage lab inventory.
- Coordinate with pathologists for abnormal results.
- Supervise laboratory technicians and keep equipment in optimal condition.
Qualifications:
- BS in Medical Technology and licensed in the Philippines.
- Leadership potential and willingness to take responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates welcome.
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay, and performance bonus.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, holidays, and overtime available.
