Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Territory Manager to drive sales and clinical adoption of our pharmaceutical products across an assigned territory. The role involves building and sustaining relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and other healthcare stakeholders; developing and executing territory business plans; leading product launches; delivering clinical training; and providing market insights. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, a minimum of three years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, and strong communication, negotiation, and territory-management skills. Willingness to travel is required. Clinical knowledge and demonstrated success growing market share are preferred.
