Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transcribes and edits completed medical record charts.
- Verifies accuracy of patient information, transcription, punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
- Maintains logs of medical procedures, dictation, and transcription records.
- Collects, tabulates, and generates reports on statistical data.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
