Job Description
Join the Operations team at Shopee as a Mega FM Site Lead in Manila, Philippines. This role is crucial for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our Sorting Center. You will monitor KPIs related to inbound, sorting, outbound, and Return to Seller processes while initiating improvements for operational efficiency. Collaborate with the SOC Lead on manpower planning and manage the performance of sub leads.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in warehousing, e-commerce, or logistics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
