Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Relations Representative/Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and request for information
- Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, if needed
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services, when appropriate
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
