Job Description
DATAMATICS is seeking a dedicated Member Services Associate to deliver outstanding customer support through inbound calls and emails. In this role, you will assist subscribers with their inquiries and resolve product-related issues in a professional manner.
Your primary responsibilities will include gaining a thorough understanding of our products, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to established security protocols. We are looking for candidates with prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage a high volume of inquiries. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php26,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, in addition to appealing benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
