Job Description
Are you a team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting members with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members
- Provide support and guidance on membership inquiries
- Manage member databases and ensure accurate records
- Coordinate member events and programs
