Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Support Leader to join our Health and Benefits team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of support representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our valued members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coaching a team of support representatives, providing guidance and support in daily operations
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge
- Handling escalated member inquiries and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics, taking necessary actions to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in member support or customer service leadership role
- Strong knowledge of health and benefits products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
