In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations related to memberships, as well as managing membership clerks and the sales team. Your primary focus will be to uphold exceptional customer service standards while proficiently handling sign-ups, renewals, refunds, and merchandise repairs.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in sales and customer service is highly preferred.
