Job Description
The responsibilities of the Merchandiser include understanding customer behavior, monitoring stock movements, managing inventory levels, ensuring appealing product displays, and implementing promotional activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately according to the approved planogram
- Ensuring proper product location/section and maintaining shelves at maximum capacity
- Regularly refilling and requesting extra display
- Ensuring updated and completed price tags for all products
- Keeping products clean and well-maintained
- Highlighting and executing promotional items properly
Other responsibilities include monitoring stock movement, maintaining adequate warehouse inventory, and building relationships with store key personnel. Sales management duties include push selling during vacant times and weekend promotions. The hired candidate will be endorsed to Makuku PH and must not have any tattoos.

Salary: Php430.00 per day
