Job Description
– Bachelors Degree holder in any course
Role Purpose
Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective support to the merchandising team.
Key Accountabilities
Merchandising
- Provide administrative support for purchasing and inventory processes.
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports and inventory monitoring.
- Update spreadsheets and reconcile invoices.
Buying support
- Administrative support during buying periods.
- Receive and dispatch sample items accurately.
Admin Support
- Maintain communication with departments.
- Process and monitor travel authorizations.
- Manage vendor information and accreditations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,900.00 per month
