Job Description
Lead end-to-end retail merchandising for children’s apparel across department stores, managing logistics, mall relations, in-store promotions, and a team of promodisers and store coordinators to ensure effective execution and sales growth. Oversee stock movement, replenishment, transfers, and RTVs; ensure timely merchandise availability for launches and promotions. Design and implement engaging in-store displays and activations; coordinate mall campaigns and POS implementation. Monitor sell-through, stock aging, and promotion performance, and report to senior management.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Fashion Merchandising;
- Knowledge of children’s fashion trends, strong organizational and coordination skills, logistics and promotions experience; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus;
- Full-time, on-site.
