Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective merchandising plans that align with the company’s overall objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new product opportunities, and managing product assortments.
Your main tasks will include conducting market research, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with vendors to ensure timely product delivery. You will also be responsible for pricing strategies, promotional activities, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required, and prior experience in merchandising management is preferred.
