Job Description
a. Pooling and screening applicants
b. Preparation of IR and issuance of HR Notices
c. Coordination with Head Office on all concerns of field force
d. Supervises daily promoters’ operation in Mindanao by addressing employee work concerns
e. Cascading operational directions
f. Monitoring and auditing field force performance
g. Coordinating with local core team for requirements
h. Responsible for overall operations on areas handled
i. Supervises, monitors, and controls assigned ongoing activities
j. Ensure prompt and accurate submission of reports
k. Jointly responsible with HRD on personnel screening
l. Proper coordination with Retail Manager and Sales Coach
m. Assist in training and motivating personnel
n. Investigate and impose disciplinary actions
o. Accountable in setting goals and objectives
p. Responsible for employee performance management
q. Reports directly to Account Manager
r. Coordinate with Retail Supervisors for necessary letters
s. Evaluates Promoters’ performance and replaces non-performers
t. Maintains professional relationship with clients
u. Responsible for coordinating incentives
v. Performs other assigned duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
