Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential targets
- Prepare and present detailed business case presentations to senior management
- Negotiate and structure deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful integration of acquired businesses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
