Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Payroll & HR Messenger at FilDev, you will be responsible for securely and timely transporting sensitive payroll documents, ensuring confidentiality. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility are crucial.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely transport payroll documents to client locations.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
- Coordinate delivery schedules for efficient service.
- Obtain client signatures and maintain transaction records.
- Effective communication with clients and internal team.
- Support payroll department with administrative tasks.
- Willingness to travel within Alabang, Taguig, and Mandaluyong.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Delivery driver or messenger experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Preferred to have a motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
- Can start work ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
