Job Description
- Supervises the planning of work schedules for maintenance crew to ensure safe operation of electrical facilities and equipment.
- Develops standard work practices and integrates them into the maintenance plan.
- Directs daily maintenance activities and coordinates tasks with warehouse managers.
- Inspects completed jobs for quality assurance and promptly responds to unplanned events.
- Plans on-the-job training, compiles maintenance data, and prepares reports for management.
- Works with teams to establish goals, priorities, and action plans for maintenance improvement.
- Coordinates with HR to develop employees and ensure seamless customer service.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve maintenance efficiency and teamwork.
- Practices proper grooming, courtesy, and adheres to the Code of Conduct.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
College Graduate
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
