Responsible for serving as the operations point of contact for day-to-day activities. Duties include conducting performance reviews, participating in management initiatives, and acting as a liaison for internal and external programs. Managing a team of Customer Care Representatives to ensure goals are met. Coordinating staffing requirements and scheduling to meet service metrics. Hiring, training, and evaluating team members. Requires a BA/BS degree and 5 years of call center experience or equivalent.
