Job Description
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
- Knowledge in GMP and HACCP programs implementation (Preferred but not required).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluation, testing, and inspection of raw and packaging materials.
- Perform physicochemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and microbiological analysis.
- Provide disposition based on testing results.
- Conduct GMP verification audits and prepare quality activity reports.
- Maintain and operate office and laboratory equipment.
- Document and evaluate product results against standards.
