Job Description
We seek a compassionate Migraine Care Navigator to support patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care. The role includes patient education, coordination with neurologists and primary care, triage of acute symptoms, arranging diagnostics and referrals, monitoring treatment adherence, and assisting with insurance and appointment logistics.
- Qualifications: nursing or allied health background; experience with headache disorders or chronic pain preferred.
- Skills: strong communication, organizational ability, empathy, EHR proficiency, and independent problem-solving.
- Responsibilities: patient advocacy, care coordination, and commitment to improving quality of life for individuals with migraine.
