Job Description
This position is responsible for providing sufficient support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services and assists others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals and network and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
System Security
- Ensure overall system, network, and server security against virus threats and unauthorized access.
- Keep anti-virus and security software updated on all company computers and devices.
System Administration
- Administer company information systems, including user accounts, email accounts, and other services.
- Perform configurations, set-ups, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of computer equipment and network facilities.
- Provide system support for company-wide accounting systems.
Maintenance and Development
- Maintain and develop web-based applications, websites, system reports, and system data.
- Conduct periodic computer system preventive maintenance.
- Install and upgrade software and hardware to meet operational requirements and promote technological advancement.
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to employees on computer hardware, network systems, and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of MIS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of SQL, Database Management, ERP/Accounting System, Crystal Report.
- Experience in computer hardware, software, networking, and related tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
