Job Description
Company: The Remote Group
Position: Missing Bill Specialist
Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Set-up: On-site (Clark, Pampanga)
Responsibilities:
- Check Trello daily for assigned clients.
- Run missing bill reports in EL.
- Download invoices with online access.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices.
- Handle 20-30 missing bills per day.
- Send account information spreadsheet with necessary actions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior accounting experience (3 years) and with US clients (2 years).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php24,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
