Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Director to join our team. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the monitoring and evaluation activities of our organization.
Your main role includes designing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation systems and processes to measure the impact and effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. You will lead a team of professionals in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for program improvement.
In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the integration of monitoring and evaluation frameworks into program design and implementation. You will also be responsible for reporting the findings and results to the management team and external partners.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and program evaluation. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Previous experience in managing monitoring and evaluation activities in a similar role is highly desirable.
