Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join our team at the Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems.
- Designing and conducting data collection and analysis to track program performance.
- Providing regular reports and analysis on program outcomes and impact.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
- Working closely with the program teams to ensure adherence to monitoring and evaluation procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
