Job Description
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
Your main tasks will include data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure project goals are met and impact is measured accurately.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop indicators, tools, and systems for monitoring progress.
Additionally, you will provide recommendations for program improvement based on evaluation findings.
