Job Description

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring effective program implementation by designing and implementing systems to track progress, assess outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and using findings to enhance program quality. The MEAL Officer also fosters a culture of learning within the organization to promote continuous improvement.

Key skills for this role include data analysis, reporting, project management, and strong communication abilities. A background in monitoring and evaluation methods is preferred.
