Job Description

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation strategies to assess program impact. Conducting research, data analysis, and producing detailed reports will be key responsibilities.

Tasks include developing monitoring tools, conducting field visits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to collect data. The Officer will also design and implement learning initiatives to enhance program outcomes and effectiveness.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Experience in monitoring and evaluation techniques, research methodologies, and program assessment is essential.
