We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Funding Processor to oversee final loan funding activities. The role requires reviewing loan files, verifying closing conditions and documentation, and coordinating with lenders, title companies, and escrow agents to prepare complete funding packages.
- Confirm compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
- Clear pre-fund conditions and resolve last-minute issues under pressure
- Maintain accurate records within mortgage loan systems and adhere to funding timelines
