Job Description
Loan Factory Inc. is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Ortigas Pasig. This full-time position involves processing mortgage loan applications from submission to closing, ensuring all files are accurate and compliant.
Your key responsibilities will include collecting and verifying borrower information, ordering third-party reports, preparing loan files for underwriting, and resolving discrepancies. You will communicate regularly with borrowers and loan officers, maintaining smooth operations throughout the loan process.
This is a 100% onsite job with a monthly salary of Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00, including benefits like paid training and performance bonuses.
