Job Description
Direct Electrix Equipment Corp is seeking a dedicated Motor and Transformer Rewinder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data gathering activities, including the number of turns and measurements of winding and core. Responsibilities also include rewinding small and medium-sized distribution motors and generators, operating wire-coiling machines, and selecting materials for the winding processes. Additional tasks involve measuring and cutting slot insulation, performing miscellaneous operations such as dismantling and cleaning parts, and assisting technicians during electrical tests. Candidates must have experience in fabricating and inserting new slot wages and applying insulating varnish to windings.
