Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Assists in providing necessary services to Clients, Customers, Agents, and Brokers within Company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives claims and underwriting advice, evaluates units for repair, and assists in documentation.
- Inspects units, takes pictures of damages, and sources repair parts.
- Files claims documents for reference and advises on claims matters.
- Assists with drafting letters, follow-ups, and other assigned tasks.
